What we do

Many children today find themselves in desperate and hopeless situations. Through no fault of their own they often face impossible circumstances. We strive to give these children a second chance by helping them recognise and appreciate their own self worth. Teams 4U works through partners using a unique mix of volunteers and professionals to deliver programmes and implement projects. We are committed to building the capacity of our partners to enhance the work that they do and ensure it is sustainable into the future.

History

Teams4U is a charity set up by Dave Cooke. In 1990 Dave was moved by the needs of the of the Romania children on the TV screen so he put teams together and took aid to the Romanian orphanages. In 2006 Dave founded Teams4U to enable many others to be able to have the opportunity and experience of working with and supporting vulnerable children and their families.
