Sadovoyer is a boys reformatory near Simferopol in Crimea set up by a man called Alexander. The reformatory hosts between 52 – 70 boys between the ages of 9 and 16 years old many who have been living on the streets, have parents that are alcoholics or have been involved in crime.

The AIDS and infectious diseases hospital for children is situated in Simferopol, Crimea. It provides healthcare to children and mothers, most of which are living with AIDS.
