The diverse and varied work we can do enables us to identify specific opportunities for running bespoke team and personal development programmes. These programmes not only develop the individuals and teams but also have the benefit of assisting with aspects of social improvement on one of our overseas projects. The programmes are tailor made for organisations with a specific requirement of individual, team and leadership development.
These programmes are structured in stages. The first stage consists of working with the individuals and teams to assess individual, team and leadership styles and identify development needs. In the second stage we have the opportunity to engage the team in an “action based learning opportunity” by working on a development project with one of our partners in Eastern Europe or Africa. During this stage we are providing a “high challenge - high support environment.” The individuals and team are challenged both physically and emotionally as they engage with people in the various communities.
Throughout this stage coaching and support is provided, on a one to one and group basis, as individuals have the opportunity to reflect and challenge their own values and priorities. The coaching and support will be provided by experienced mentors. The concluding stage, once returned from the visit, is to conduct a thorough
debrief, again on both a one to one and
group basis and establish both
personal and team development
plans for the future.
