The purpose of this type of team is to assist in building capacity with those that are working with children every day of the year.

We have a commitment to build the capacity of those we work with to enhance the delivery and the wider development of the community in which they operate, both now and in the future.

Equipping and training those that work with the children every day is critical to enhancing the lives and well being of children. Specialist teams harness the gifts, training and expertise of individuals and enable their skills to be transferred to our partners as we work alongside them.
